YOGA

Yoga is a study of the mind, body, spirit and how they connect and work with one another.  Depending on the individual instructor, teachings can range from breath-work to meditation to movement-focused sessions and often involve a combination of these three elements.

Judy’s classes encourage an exploration into how things feel in our bodies when we move from one yoga pose to another as well as when we sit in these shapes.  She is an advocate for safe physical practice and uses her strong background in anatomy to encourage smart alignment.

For private one-on-one sessions, group instructions and/or corporate classes, contact us to see if we’d be a good fit for you or for more information about rates and availability.   Yoga teaching is available in-person or through Skype.
