About Judy Trinh

4-rs copyConfession: Judy was a Junk-Food Addict who turned into a Super Health-Nut who turned into Someone-In-Between – and that’s where she lives now on the Continuum of Health.  She lives to inspire others to find that happy medium between tasty normal cupcakes and those gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, everything-that’s-yummy-in-the-world-free health foods (seriously, have you ever eaten spirulina or maca powder on its own?  bleh!)

Judy splits her time between private practice and her other passion, teaching yoga.  She consults as a nutritionist at her home office and has taught yoga at Ahimsa Yoga Centre, Studio Blue, Union Yoga and Fore! Yoga.  Judy love being a part of the yoga community and continues to lead free classes run by Lululemon, Scarborough Town Centre.

Her spare time is spent yogaing (of course!), cooking, learning, crafting, YouTubing and simply enjoying life.
