Carrot Juice

Carrot juice is surprisingly delicious!  It’s pretty sweet, so I often need to dilute it – depending on the sweetness from the apples.  The best one I ever made was with a sour apple.  I can’t remember the variety, but I’m guessing granny smith would be delicious!


Serves: 3
Ingredients:
  • 1 nub of ginger
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 apples
  • water (optional, for diluting)
Preparation:
  • In a juice extractor, juice ginger, carrots and apples.
  • Do a taste test and if it’s too sweet, add water, to taste.
