Carrot juice is surprisingly delicious! It’s pretty sweet, so I often need to dilute it – depending on the sweetness from the apples. The best one I ever made was with a sour apple. I can’t remember the variety, but I’m guessing granny smith would be delicious!
- 1 nub of ginger
- 2 carrots
- 3 apples
- water (optional, for diluting)
- In a juice extractor, juice ginger, carrots and apples.
- Do a taste test and if it’s too sweet, add water, to taste.
